I awoke this christmas eve morning to the uncontrollable sobbing from my son. There is something magical in a rainy day, even though I am stuck here at work; the office is quiet enough to hear the rain pelting the rooftop. I can almost close my eyes and transport myself back to my bed.
I am working the switchboard today and I keep getting crank calls.

It is oddly quiet around the house when Peyton isn't here. I mean, it isn't like she interacts with us all that much when she is here (I mean she IS 13 and all) but still I miss her :( I hope she is having a good time and making lots of wonderful memories.

So the bed that I have been coveting at IKEA is on sale. I mean a STEAL of a deal ON SALE.I have the money to buy it!!!
