Katara IS in fact the mother of Aang's offspring, who will be central to the show. "We didn't mean for it to be a big super-secret, that they end up together."
That kinda makes it sound like more than just Tenzin of Aang and Katara's kids will be in the show, doesn't it? AWESOMESAUCE.
We all know Mike and Bryan love throwing in a hearty helping of humor, no matter what they're working on. This shouldn't feel like much of a surprise. But I do hope they'll try to edge away from the childish humor, just a tad. I personally think they already ran as far with it as they could in A:TLA.
Three words. Animation age ghetto.
It's a damn shame they have to cater to what the execs think is their target audience...7-11 year old boys and tweens. Even if there are more of them than us, I think our buying power is likely to crush what your average kid is gonna wheedle out of their parents.
Totally. And I think Nick having M&B do this new miniseries is as good a hint as any that Nick's starting to realize the majority of us are not, in fact, 7-11 year old boys... it must be Christmas!
Would you like some corn with your cheese? YES PLEASE. I, uh, might be hoping that geeky kid in the con doodle/pic/whatever is Korra's love interest. Because I love silly little romances like that.
ALSO. Mike and Bryan writing the episodes pleases me greatly, omg.
Me too xD really excited that Mike and Bryan are writing the episodes!
And I totally, totally agree with the love of silly romances. For some reason I find the sheer silliness of it makes it feel so much more believable, haha. Me and my silly head.

For some reason my brain didn't decipher that as possibly being plural. Good God. Aang and Katara's kids.
