Darker Than Black is an excellent anime, it really is. The followup (Darker Than Black: Ryuusei no Gemini) is a bit more ". . ." but DtB is really fantastic. It and Ergo Proxy have to be two of my absolute favourite anime of all time.

I figured the sequel would be eh, after what little I've read about it... I'll probably watch it anyway and be disappointed. Still really liking the first show, tho', such a head trip while still being grounded in consistent lore... and I haven't been able to explain the story to anyone yet without them giving me this look like I've grown an extra head.
