i say go with stafford. think about it -- if you go with Camp Baker, the extra money you'd be making would go directly to gas -- so you'd end up either getting less than at Stafford or breaking even. I mean even from Richmond, Chesterfield is a commute, so you'd still be spending a lot of gas money and on top of that you'd have to pay rent if you lived in Richmond.

Also, like you said, you're familiar with Stafford. They know how well you work so it's my opinion that they'd probably put special consideration to paying you, hiring you full-time, giving you a good eval, etc.

And finally, you're only 23. If you do your internship with Stafford and end up hating it, worst case scenario is that you just finish your internship, officially graduate, and get a job somewhere else. Maybe THEN Camp Baker is a good choice.

Besides. Stafford is a lot closer to Alexandria than Chesterfield. :-D

Just my 2 cents. :) Good luck deciding!

i mean stafford.... it's probably about 20 to 25 to 30 minute drive from my parents house to work...

Okay, I would base my decision on the experience level that you would get at both jobs (not commute or pay) If it were me I would probably go with the one working with the people with special needs. While they would both be rewarding, I think that one would be more. It seems like they have more to offer as far as experience and a full time position. Can you call or go in to talk to someone about what would be open in the future and possible pay? It might help make up your mind.
