This morning at 2am my grandfather went from this world, the sorrow will be felt for some time to come, but the relief that his pain is finally over is some comfort to us all. I've made a small picture tribute hopefully he will stay in our hearts and memory forever.

I feel myself slipping from reality
delayed or lack of responses
horrible empty feeling
flashbacks (never had these before) of aweful imagery that freak me out

Just spent over 5 hours at a friends house party, and almost the whole time kept to myself and stayed out of conversations.
