Counting calories...
I'm counting calories. I've never been on an actual diet with counting calories. So I use http://www.thecaloriecounter.com to check calorie content and then write it in my tiny little notebook.
I'm making shakes with Whey Protein powder I got from Walmart. Keeps me from feeling hungry.
Yesterday was about 1100 or 1200 calories. And that counts a ( Read more... ) -
Fog > Smoke
The e-cig is doin the trick. No tobacco today.
Been tempted a few times, and then I make little puffs of fog.
There is a wierd aftertaste like dancing in a nightclub with the fog machine pumping.
So I am officially NOT a smoker anymore.
