Hey folks (whoever still comes here, anyway)

bdwilson 's posts about moving/reorganizing all her LJs (holy crap, BD!) made me think about the tangled freaking mess that is my LJ. I post everything here and it's a total schmoz. Rat stuff, writing stuff, RP blogs, fandom stuff, life stuff... it's just a total mess.

How was the transfer of the entries to Wordpress? Do they have an import feature?

Yup, they do!

The only stuff I imported was the writing journal and my rat posts though. You have to import a whole journal at a time, and I didn't feel like doing it 10 times and then picking all the appropriate RP blog posts out of it :P

But yeah, you can just tell it to import all your stuff, click, and then go make a sandwich. It's awesome.

Hey, is it all right with you if I set up a lj-feed accounts for your blog and the rattery one?

I have a hard time remembering to go to other blog sites, so it'd let me have your posts on my friends list still :P

I can't seem to find a decent x-poster, and nothing for wordpress.com rather than a self-hosted version, so I was just going to set-up syndicated feeds. (I don't know if you have a paid account floating around; if you do you can set them up ^_~)

I've also misplaced your e-mail, because I suck at keeping track of those >_< Could you send it to me again?

I'm really enjoying your LOTRO blog. I'd read it in the tub if I wasn't afraid of dropping my google phone in the water.

Also, as someone who once a LONG time ago aspired to be a writer, I very much enjoy reading about your writing processes and submitting your stuff. It makes me both ashamed for giving up, and relieved that I did at the same time. I will happily live vicariously through your adventure. <3
