Cor! My literary agent emailed me about an hour ago to tell me that someone at Momentum (digital arm of Pan Macmillan) loved my Rapunzel novel, and will publish it if I'm happy to go with "digital-first" publishing ( Read more... )

Thanks! Now I'm feeling buoyed by the imminent publication of my own novel, I may actually be able to bring myself to read my friends' novels. Such as yours. Er, where do I get it again? I won't read it in the near future, but I *will* read it...

There are four of them now! They grew when you weren't looking. Like CLOTHES IN NEED OF PACKING, which are much on my mind. (Sorry, I am both punchy with 'Hooray, new house!' and with 'I am completely overjoyed for tabouli and looking forward to reading her book. This is so much better than it would have been five years ago, when I would have been hiding under my bed muttering 'everyone has a book out but me, everyone can see the lack of a published book written on my face, I suck'')

Depends on whether you want dead tree versions or ebook, anyway, and if ebook which format. Getting the hard copy ones for a reasonable price in Australia and NZ is, I am reliably told, a pain, but the Book Depository is the best way to go. If .epub required, they're available in electronic format from Lulu: if .mobi, on Amazon.

And your very own ladyfriend Played Her Part in this, let's not forget! (hmm. If it were being published in print, I'd send you a free copy... am not sure how this works with an e-book. Maybe am not QUITE the future yet...)

As I mentioned to coughingbear above, all AF fans who read it are hereby assigned the mission of Picking The AF Reference (a mission that should prove pretty easy, to be honest, but hey!)
