Had my Day 3 and Day 21 bloodwork done. Day 3 came back normal and day 21 came back with low progesterone, which didn't surprise me as I had not ovulated as of day 21. I have an appointment scheduled for Thursday and am hoping to get a plan in place. -
New doctor
I went to a new ob-gyn this week and I am so glad I made the switch! I was just not happy that my former OB told me to keep trying to get pregnant for another 6 months even though I have irregular periods. I only saw the PA at the new practice, but they are already starting infertility bloodwork to see what might be going on. Now I am just ( Read more... ) -

Seattle
Just got back from a conference in Seattle. It was great because I got to see my parents, get an extra week off of work and learn some new things. My mom and I went on a food tour of the Pike Place Market, which was great. Coming back to the cold here is not so much fun, but Anthony took some time off and we are having a fun week! Jetsetting
It's been a whirlwind weekend! A high school buddy of Anthony's got married in NYC this past weekend so we flew down Saturday morning. We timed it perfectly because we had just enough time to get to the hotel, check-in, change, and then get to the church. Generally on my days off I spend my time wandering around the house, checking my email repeatedly and watching really bad TV. Then at the end of the day I am depressed that I have to go back to work and have wasted my entire day off. So today is going to be different. No more wasting time on the computer! I am spending my Saturday waiting for our washing machine to arrive. Typically I do laundry in the basement and it's $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry, which has really added up over the last two years! So while our second bathroom is tiny, it's worth putting a washer in there. I rarely dry clothes in the dryer so this will really cut down on costs ( Read more... ) -

My day off
I am back from the doctor! The eye doctor said my eyes were just about as perfect as they can get and I don't need to go back for another 3-5 years. Awesome! My other doctor said I was fine as well. I just wanted to get the paperwork so that I could get baseline levels of my bloodwork. My doctor also chastised me for not taking a multi-vitamin ( Read more... )
