SUP, EVENT TARGET.

Before we begin, I should not that Jotaro is extremely reluctant to pursue. They're offering him guaranteed safety and livelihood of his daughter, whom he has presumed to have died shortly after he did in canon. Over time (and depending on who is targeting him), this is likely to wear down and the idea of humanely (as possible) killing Nepeta will look better and better.

Alright, awesome! Nepeta won't be an easy one to bring down, anyway, though it's definitely easier than with some -- losing regains means losing her much-sturdier-than-human alien body, and it might take her a while to go kill for a regain. Still, she grew up tracking and killing monsters for dinner, so she knows how to fight back.
