Today's work out was a 70 minute run. I had intended to run to 59 and back to kempner, but instead me and britany ran to through sugar lakes and back. My legs hurt like a mofo. Oh and I found out I'm officially running varsity. woo

I didn't realize the stuff my car got tagged with wouldn't come off easily until an effort to remove it was made. I don't know what the hell they used, but it's stuck on there good. WOOOOO! 8TH PLACE TODAY AT THE MEET. It went like this:

-For about the first 1/2 mile i was in 2nd place
-At the 1 mile mark I get passed up by 3 people putting me in 5th
-About 1/2 a mile left, I get passed up by 1 more person, putting me in 6th
-Last 20 or so feet, I got passed up by 2 people.

My sister got her side view mirror broken off. It's broken and hanging on by a wire. I bet it was those people from new orleans. Also, my sisters friend's car got stolen. Crime rate is off the charts man.

My legs are about to fall off and they are throbbing with pain and everytime I go up the stairs I want to cry. I pused myself to my limits today.

Cross country is kicking my ass :O!! My legs/lower back hurt with the intensity of a thousand suns! I'm getting so tan from running in the afternoon. I say in a week or so I'll be black rofl.
