Leftover caribou meatloaf. Because we are still frugal, and we had leftovers. And we had caribou in the freezer.
Champagne (OK, Prosecco) because we are celebrating. I start my new job on May 19th.

More like venison. Which means you need extra stuff to make a good meatloaf out of it. I used beef, apples, mustard and maple syrup (in varying quantities).

It came from family -- generous hunters who ended up with more than they could eat on their own.
