We're just sitting around the fireplace trying to decide what's for dinner . . .

Wanted to come in to do some work on my shrimp samples, but ended up a little short in that department because I helped a fledgling masters student with her work instead. Don't get me wrong; I am learning while I'm helping, but I really had stuff to do today. And, now Rascal is probably crossing his legs, so I need to go home to let him out. ( Read more... )

Amazingly, I do not feel tired (yet).  I drove c_biscuit  and hubby to the airport this morning; we were there by 6ish.  I'm assuming that they flew out to Vegas by way of ATL without problems.  Let the games begin; I'm sure they are going to have tons of fun; after all, it is Las Vegas.

Ok, so it's not that late, but we're old around here.  (It's not going to be a 4am-er tonight:)  Rascal's already out cold--big day with the vet visit and plenty of fetch.  He weighs 12lb 7oz; that's ~5lb more than when we brought him home.  He has worms, again!  More meds.  Who knows how much he'll gain when the worms aren't eating for him.  The ( Read more... )
