Arashi - Pikanchi Double

Next in line is another single from the (relatively) earlier days, and the theme song to the movie of the same name - Pikanchi Double (pardon my laziness with the title's formatting :P). Easily one of my top 3 all-time favorite Arashi songs. So glad I was asked to translate it, as I had kinda always wanted to anyway but I prioritize requests

This is my most favorite Arashi song, it kinda became the theme song of my youth, thinking everything will go my way.

I always thought the lyrics of Arashi's early songs were like poetry, talking about youth friendship, their troubles and dreams and delicate loves.

I often had difficulty understanding the meanings, but perhaps that's because the lyrics follow a Japanese pop style of creation.

But that didn't stop me from always finding the lyrics beautiful. Pikanchi Double is an example of beautiful lyrics.

And it's so heartwarming to see fans saying that certain songs from the beginning of Arashi's career are part of their youth. I only found Arashi in 2012, so my references with them are more recent. But still strong!
