Here I sit at 1:15 am with a sinus migraine and meds giving little relief....called in to work. Could it be that it is harvest time around us and the allergies have gone off the deep end? Could it be a low level sinus infection that is turning into something more? Who knows but the doctor is going to see my grumpy tail this morning or else
