A ponderous thought

I went out to have a cigarette just a moment ago and I happened upon a pair of SNAILS just chilling on a empty McDonalds(TM) bag. It sparked a chain reaction of ponderous thoughts: Why were these snails staying stationary on a greasy bag? Did they want a nice pillow to sleep on? Did the grease somehow affect them? Do these snails get fucked up from ( Read more... )

Awwww Willard, you are so sweet. Thanks for you comment. It REALLY means a lot to me. Honestly does anyone understand that insults don't bother me? I will either agree with you or not care. I'm far past the point where other peoples' opinions matter.

why was it so bad? I was thinking of going there. I heard the olsen twins went there, which i think is rather cool :b....no, not really. I must be the only person in the world who can;t stand them.
Seriously, why do you refer to it as "hell?"

If you enjoy the highly competitive social scene where the way you dress and act ranks you on popularity ladder then go to campbell hall. Where the kids are fake because they act the same so they can fit in. The only way I could survive with my personality in campbell was to become antisocial.

that's a very different perspective from what i've heard. I'm really interested in hearing more about it, because i was really considering it, but i'm so fed up with pretenscious, obnoxious, fake people. Although, i guess, any private or public school is bound to have a bunch of those

sorry to ease drop on this conversation, but I go to Campbell hall, and let me just tell you that it's so true. Most everyone at CH is superficial and the majority think that they are better than everyone else. It is also true that one is judged based on how expensive their clothes are or how nice their car is...so if you are as you say "fed up" with this sort of people, I would suggest nixing CH from your list of school priorities. Ch is definetely ranking highest when it comes to cliquiness and all of the drama that it entails. Heh, I just had to add my 2 cents here, carry on (=

thanks so much for that.
Well, i think it's a bit of a shame it's so cliquey. What year are you in?? I've heard a little bit about it being an elitist school, because there are a lot of children who come from (to put it bluntly) rich families, and their parents are very succesful...I don't know how true that is, but i'm guessing you would know about that.
Is the education aspect any good though? I mean, i care just as much about my education, as i do about the social aspect.
