My fiberglass supplier is listed on the Quest website: http://quest.org/ul/materials.shtml. You could also opt for McMaster Carr (mcmaster.com), the supplier that Jason uses.

For Quest-style sword foam, that's a company called Madison Polymeric (which isn't here in Madison, sadly)--I'll search around for the e-mail Sam Gailey sent about them and forward it to you. :-)
