I didn't read but I don't intend to for a while. Too much to do as of right now and I don't want to sit around weighing summer homework vs. Harry Potter. You know which one would win for sure.

Agreeing on your ship views too, all of them - and could there have been a more inappropriate moment to bring Remus/Tonks to the surface? But on that note - remus just seems completely uninterested. Talking to Molly earlier, when she mentions about Tonks at Christmas, he does not give a damn in the slightest. He's indifferent to her, as far as I can tell. Someone said Remus can ground Tonks and Tonks can give him something to smile about - isn't this what the whole Sirius/Remus pairing is about? Besides, Tonks was being disturbingly mopey and not at all kick butt. Anyways... Pictures posted!
Two things needed to be added there (I'm still muddled and not very coherent). What I meant by kick butt was that while I didn't like Tonks much at all, she was at least independant and fighting alone, rather than simply a love interest. Now, with her moping so much, all the emphasis has been placed on her as a love interest instead. Also, the reasons Remus was giving her (whether or not they're ALL the reasons :D) were so remus logic it broke my heart. Too old, too poor, too cursed - oh, my poor, poor little Remus. And the thing with Sirius is that Sirius really doesn't care about any of that. Didnt, whatever. And he proved it over and over again - he loved him (erm. STFU) including the werewolf, not despite of. And while he was aware he couldn't stop it, or remove it - he did all he could to help. I'm looking forward to seeing whether or not Tonks is willing to become an Animagus for Remus (I'm assuming Metamorphaguses don't work that way).

NNGH. MY HEART BREAKS ONCE AGAIN.
And yeah, canon Remus/Tonks is so blah for me. Which is a shame--because of all the het ships that happened in this book, if Remus/Tonks had been done well it would have been my favourite.

I think I might've confused some people...but hey, so not the point. ... Oh! Hey. Something just clicked into place in my brain machine! *claps for pointless comments*
Ahh, well, see, my brain was like "But wait...if Snape's the HBP, then how come the book was so old? He's not that old...*explosion*" Then my brain caught up to...my other brain and I remembered his mother. Just an Akira Moment. XP
