passed my midterm and final! i was the co-valedictorian of my class out of like, 30 people. yes, i had the highest score! woot. and many of those ppl were long-time real estate agents. i'm proud of myself. i've proved that when i apply myself, i've still got it ( Read more... )

i get a very small salary, the rest is commission based. if i sell a lot, i get paid a lot. if i don't sell a lot, i don't get paid a lot. :)
