To keep with tradition, I made candy for Valentine's Day...I think this makes 9 years straight I have made candy....dang...I can't believe I've been making candy that long. For this year, I made Almond cream stuff with a whole Almond molded in the shape of a heart in dark and white chocolate. I do believe this is one the of the better years I have

I remember making chocolate roses for the first year. I wonder if I still have those molds...how things change.
