I'm so very glad enough scammers haven't figured out the importance of speaking/writing English well, because it makes it easy to spot many of them right off and their attempts, so full of mangled English, never cease to be amusing.

That's part of the point - he wants you to hear "calling about a problem on your PC" along with a company name that you can't make out but that might sound like a company you deal with, and hopes to get you following instructions before you stop and say "wait, WHO are you with?"
I get anywhere between one and 5 of these an evening. I;ve taken ot asking them "is this what you intended for your life? To be in the employ of a known criminal, attempting to defraud inocent people?"
