I can't make myself reply to emails and take care of other issues I've flagged for followup. Why? Why can I not do this? I've got a million people to get back, both personal and work-related.

Things I am obsessing about today:
2 Scrabble letters, an E and an S. I had them on a shelf (along with others, spelling out my name) and I moved everything off the shelf in order to paint the wall (haven't done that yet).
