I recently read that the best selling rock album in the US for 2006 was Nickleback's latest masterpiece, All The Right Reasons. I detest nickleback. They are just awful.

I am getting laid off from my  job in two weeks.  One of our biggest clients got sold and so they can't afford me anymore.

On saturday i am going to brave the dangerous, potentially-snow-covered pass for the most exciting and amazing reason ever...Jenny Lewis and Death Cab for Cutie in concert.  if they close the pass before we get over it for any reason, I am going to poke someone's eyes out.

that aside, I am really looking forward to the holidays!

I can hardly contain my excitement... I think that one of my good friends and I are going to be getting this AWESOME apartment (which also happens to next door to one of my best friends places!). If this works out...I can't even imagine how much fun this could be. Here's hoping! *fingers crossed*
