I have never more wanted to live in a dry climate than I do now.

Thursday morning we woke up to 4 + inches of water in the basement.  Over the entire basement floor.  My carpet was literally floating.  Long story short, it was $1500 to get all of the water and sludge out of there.  And there are still dryers and dehumidifyers down there trying to dry the remaining water up.  AND it smells musty
