Oh, no, my poor Crysta! You were not reading too much into that incredibly rude response because it was incredibly rude! And I don't know, but unmerited and unexpected rudeness from complete strangers can be pretty upsetting.
Also, I think you generally do cry for the things that merit crying and don't for the things that don't. But if the thing that merits crying is that you've been really busy, stressed out, and exhausted for a while, clearly you can't be crying daily for that entire time, so it's just normal to cry every once and again over the little things that push you over the edge.
In any case, I'm sorry that those customer services people were complete jerk-offs to you. *Long-distance hug!*

Also, sounds like something else is bothering you, I don't mean to pry but here's a hug anyway. They always help, no matter what may be going on. *HUG*
Oh yeah, and don't read to much into it, that sounded a lot like a bot style answer to your email. There may not have even been a person on the other end of that email; simply a small automaton at the other end of a string of electrons.

Feel free to call me Saturday if you want to too, though it sounds like you'll be really busy. I just may not be able to answer cuz I'll be horseback riding with the transportation grad students club.
