question from class of 2002 here -

I will be applying to grad school soon, and the schools request for a transcript from "every college or university you've attended." Does that mean I would need to ask for a transcript from UNT/TAMS, or does that only include the "real" university I've attended after graduating from TAMS?

I'm not entirely sure, but it's all on the UTD website.

If you do a search for transcript request you should come to a page where you can download a PDF that has the form and fax number on it.

Also, who are you? I don't recognize the screen name.

(curious as I was also class of '02)

Wow, I still have the PDF of the UNT transcript request form saved on my computer.

For most of them, send UNT transcripts, but a few only wanted my regular undergraduate transcript, as this had the UNT info on it as well. I went to four full years of undergraduate after TAMS, which might have something to do with it. A few of them specify all school work past high school, in which case I would ask what they wanted specifically.

Rice was fine with just my transcript from Texas A&M, as it had my UNT info on it.
