I have been listening to Liam Finn ever since last Monday when Steve and I went to see Eddie Vedder play in Albany. Liam Finn opened and was awesome.I should also mention that we both agreed he reminded us of Daniel Faraday from Lost. Maybe just in person. Definitely check him out!

Fuck Benito Cereno. I'm watching the election! I am so nervous that McCain and Palin will actually win. I told Steve that if that happens, I'm looking for teaching jobs in Canada because I refuse to live in a country that is still so racist and uneducated.

Tomorrow begins my first real day of student-teaching/observation. I will be known as "Ms. Anthony" and will officially be old. I went in today, my mentor teacher's father died three days ago, and I was mostly on my own. God, grant me the clarity and the calmness to be able to disprove my father's beliefs about...pretty much everything.

I will be seeing Pearl Jam for the first time next week. I am looking forward to seeing how Steve responds to the concert. MSG is currently showing a PJ show from 2003 that Steve was actually at.
