In terms of my theatre career, I think I did things in reverse. When I first started out, I had some fairly substantial roles, in terms of stage time and lines (at least). I've grown increasingly more fond of those solid eight-hour sleeps. I wake up definitely feeling refreshed. I used to be able to subsist off of three or four hours a night, but alas, I think all of that has caught up to me.
