It's been so long... I was starting to do better on posting, and then things happened. The presidential election was a big one - I'm hugely upset about it. I'm thinking pretty strongly of donating some money to Jill Stein's recount effort. I can't do much this month, but I can do a bit. Thought I would get a post in since I've been so bad, and since I'm planning to take my computer in for some repairs this morning. It's been having problems for the past week or so, and since I think I caused the problem when I took it apart to clean it, I suppose it's best to have someone who knows what they're doing fix it. Yay, long weekend! We were going to go camping this weekend, but that plan fell through, so I think it's going to be a visit J's family instead. I'm not terribly looking forward to that, but I see why he wants to. I kind of want to go hiking or something as well, but I'm not sure if that will happen. I've been sleeping terribly lately. I think it's some combination of feeling kind of stressed at being back work and being too hot always. Anyway, I thought I'd take a sleeping pill to help me out last night. This was a mistake. Since I last posted, I got married and went on my honeymoon! It's been a busy few weeks! I feel a little overwhelmed about posting after all of that, but it has to happen sometime, and since I'm feeling kind of braindead, just waiting for it to be time for me to go and pick up J from work, I figure I might as well ( Read more... )
