Yeah, Easter over here is basically just a chocolate-fest. I thought that was irksome, but now I'm glad we don't have to deal with cards and rubbish!

Although... it was my sister's birthday on the same day, so there was some of that.

And some baby-minding...

And that's why the Easter Bunny brought the girls non edible stuffs this year... Though, Michael did get a chocolate hamper...

Ahhh Easter. Like almost every other holiday, Americans hype Easter to the extreme. For some reason, I've noticed it seems to focus on little girls intensely; The majority of candies are pastel coloured while being made of pure sugar, marshmallow or chocolate, frock and bonnet sets are marketed to death and soft plush animals used to be a given.
The Easter bunny has changed a lot since the 80's but the craptastic marketing sure hasn't.
