This is HELLA old news. And Neighbors needs to die. Its unbecoming of Seattle to have such a dump with nothing going for it but soriority girls on their bachelorette party representing itself as the Seattle gay community.

The funny part is - the Owners of the building took 25 years to realize that it's a dance club?! And they are complaining about Improvements to both the floor and the basement, I'm sure the construction on the old Car Sales Floor and basement musta been top notch before the club came in and made it all clean and stuff (well as clean as Neighbours can make it)

It'd be hard for an eviction based on the facts presented, just like a copyright law - if you didn't do anything when the offense first started, then you didn't care at the time - therefor you lose your ability to complain about it much later on.

I'm guessing that the new Condo on the block is seeing money and the owners of the property want to get in on it.
