A bit better today!
I'm feeling a bit better today. Yay! I've been taking probiotics, and D meditated with me last night, and I think the combination of stress reduction and probiotics seems to be helping! -
In bed all day
Said "no" to Disneyland today. Wah. Am not enough up to snuff. Will look up etiology of that phrase later. Feel a bit down now. What's the best/most interesting thing you've turned down because you were otherwise indisposed? -
Crohn's continued
I dropped off the "packages" at the clinic today. Yuck, I am glad that's over with. I accidentally spilled some of the preservative out of one of the containers, so I hope I don't have to redo that one. Heheh, re-doo. Seriously, I am like a five year old. Crohn's
My Crohn's is acting up again. I just got the blood test back today that shows I have inflammation. On the one hand, I am familiar with this disease, and so do not feel quite as scared or self-accusatory as I did when I was first diagnosed, but on the other hand I feel anger and fear that it is back and I will not be able to cope with it as ( Read more... ) -

I have been in strange mental space lately. Not working will do that to one, I guess. Summer has been nice. Recently celebrated three-month-anniversary with my cute boyfriend. Injustice in Sonoma
Apparently Sonoma County hospitalized one man, refused to let his partner see him, placed them in separate nursing homes, and sold off all of their possessions in an auction. Link here. Way to hate, California. -
