Today was  a good day. Finally went back to school. couldnt sleep last night so i went to school on 2 1/2 hours of sleep. not good

Saw Will...he came to school today. it suprised me...afterall he dropped out. I guess he moved back out here, who really knows?

1st hour...didnt want to change, did dead lift scores and %body fat
2nd hour...researched
