Emeril's New Orleans Fish House--That is the name of the restaurant in MGM that Patrick most likely will be working at. He got a call yesterday from the Head Chef(Chef John Paul) who asked him to come in today for an interview. Yay! Today I was officially hired by ProCaps Laboratories! Training starts on June 26th. After 90 days I get vision, dental, and medical(only $15 co-pay) paid for completely by my employer! I talked to a UNLV financial aid counselor today. I told her about my present situation, how Patrick is changing careers, and possibly may be going into school himself, and about my Out of State tuition situation. She told me that the best thing to do is to go half-time to school for 2 semesters, so that way I don't have to pay the 5,000 some odd ( Read more... )

Well, as mentioned earlier, Patrick's audit was about $25,000 short. After finding this out, Patrick decided to go speak to the other Champs manager, his mentor, Adam on Sunday. Damn! It never ends. I decide to change something in my life, and my whole world falls to pieces...Well, maybe it's not THAT serious, but it's close. Things have been going well. Getting stuff done for school, and getting mentally ready for the vacation and the move to Vegas. One setback to the move happened the other day though. Well, it was pretty nice after all. We went to Patrick's aunts house, where only a few family members were, and ate barbeque hamburgers and potato salad.
