1: sexuality headcanon: Pansexual. Has been shown kissing both a woman and a man and flirting with a tree, and he's kinda married to his time machine, so I think it's safe to say he's got pretty broad tastes.

5: first headcanon that pops into my head: actually is from the north of Gallifrey. ("Lots of planets have a north!") When he was young he had a regional accent that he rapidly trained himself out of when he went to the Academy, but after the destruction of Gallifrey he adopted the Earth equivalent of his home accent as a form of tribute/continued beating himself up about the Time War.

6: favorite line from this character: Do you know like we were saying? About the Earth revolving? It's like when you're a kid. The first time they tell you that the world's turning and you just can't quite believe it because everything looks like it's standing still
