What?!? You're making us wait for the explanation of the blanket?!? No!

But, my, how my heart went out to the Doctor. He's still so wounded and broken inside, no matter how much Rose has done to repair the wounds. I don't even know what that blanket is all about, but my heart just ached for him as he pleaded with his ship to stop making him remember.

Please tell me he'll open up to Rose and eventually everything will be explained. And please tell me we won't have to wait too long for it.

Still absolutely loving this fic.

And this isn't the 'worst' of the lessons... there's still one more that made ME cry when I wrote it.

And then... Rose will begin putting all the pieces together... hearing what he didn't say mingled with what he did. He has never lied to her... he just hasn't said the whole truth. In his world, that's very different.

But, when the story is told... well, I don't want to give too much away. I'll just say that she will know before Doomsday.

(Don't worry... I have plans to fix that, too.)

Oh, don't tell me that. Though, I love stories that make me cry, so long as they turn out okay at the end. I shall do my best to patiently await the next installment.

I hope that Rose will understand the difference in his world and not go all Tyler on him for his lies of omission. (Well, okay, maybe just a little bit Tyler so he'll learn not to do that with her anymore. But, who am I kiddding - he never learns.)

I realize I forgot to mention earlier how I loved that he didn't get angry when he saw Rose standing there. It seems at least part of him is coming to terms with Rose knowing more than perhaps he'd prefer her too. Or is that just the part of him in denial about her ever putting the pieces together?

I'm just so intrigued as to what his secret is!!

And I'll look forward to reading your IP/SP fic, too!

It's a sad story... but only in that it's heartache... but Rose is there for him and that's what's important. :-)

And no, I don't think her flipping out on him. She's getting used to it, and as much as it will bother her that he couldn't just tell her... when she hears the whole truth, she'll understand.

Rumplestiltskin seemed so perfect for him. Someone who hides their name... a bit crazy with the whole dancing in the woods thing... HA HA HA

I wondered if anyone would think I was implying somehow that Rumplestiltskin was his name... and I'll just say, I'm NOT! LOL Just a nickname of sorts.

And the truth about the blanket, and the room, and all the other hints he's dropped both in this series of lessons and randomly through other stories... it will all come out soon. It's more than one 'truth', in all actuality.

That's what I think too :) I also think if he saw the TARDIS as a girl he'd recognise her too.
