Bike failed it's MOT due to a warped front brake disc. Been pissed off, as that was going to cost a fair bit to replace. Well, spoke to a friend at a local workshop and he said to bring the old disc up and he'd have a look under the bench and see if he'd got anything that'd fit, so I trundled the disc up there last week and heard nothing ( Read more... )

Well, had a fun today. Went to a large re-enactment/craft fair in Coventry. Managed not to buy anything, the bows were all too short or far too low a poundage (40 pound pull feels like a twig), and the Crumhorn I was casting a covetuous eye over was more than I could even consider spending. Made a nice change to have a bit of a wander, anyway :)
