House of the Dead Moive!!!

Some time last year I was give a pirate copy of a movie called "House of the Dead". It was in a poorly copyed package, it looked like an old '70s slasher flick from the back cover and I assumed it had nothing to do with the video game series.

It layed on my shelf for ages and so today I decied to watch it. And oh dear, it turned out to be this.

I've yet to see either of the Resident Evil films so can't pass judgement on them. I'm a big (well was) fan of the game's.

Street Fighter and Mario Bros though, they were terrible.

i seem to remember seeing the trailer to that. i watch a lot of movies, i basically see every horror type movie unless it looks REALLY bad. last night i saw cursed- the latest wes craven werewolf flick. yeah it was crap but i still really enjoyed it. sometimes bad films are more enjoyable. take the hollywood ring two film- i still found that enjoyable. my brother ranted about how bad it was and yeah some of the lines in it *cringe*. anyway, i was just sposed to be dropping a line here to say hi. i may add you back when i skim through your journal. you live quite near me btw.

True, though watching pants movies you do learn to apericate cinematic techniques properly used by the producers of good movies.

I didn't think much of the American Ring 2 myself. Don't think any of these Hollywood remakes of Jap horror films have been good. There's another one on its way called "Dark Water".
