RL ramble first ... sorry for going AWOL on the flist yet again! Nothing major is happening in RL, but there are lots of little things that have been adding up lately. I have a second project at work now. I'm taking two tango classes instead of one now. I'm taking a creative writing class, which is a lot of work--really fun work! but a lot of it,

Oh, I love Jen's! They look so pretty! Their wings!!! Their wings! *squees* And the contrast in the colours, the brightness of the Flamebird and the darkness of Nightwing... *stares and sighs* So pretty! :D

Ooooh! *falls over* I think I can probably somehow survive having pictures with similar subjects. Somehow. :)

Oh man, I love the light effects on their armor so much! The watercolors create this gorgeous glow that's absolutely breathtaking. I love the differences in their postures and their wing placement, the way they're leaning in to each other, mmmm...it's just gorgeous! *drools*

And Star's picture! *flails happily* Gah, I love what you do with different media so much. I'm oddly enamoured of the way Bruce's cape is left sketched-in, it really just seems right here. And there's something about the curve and the muscles of his neck that's just knocking me over.....so awesome!

Super awesome, sis! man! I love your watercolors so much! I really like the difference in their wings and the design of their helmets.. all those highlights! so shiny!!

And the second one, man. I don't think I had seen pencil art by you before! and if I have, I suck because I can't remember, but it's gorgeous. I love Batman's neck, and his cape, and the faraway Superman <3! it looks so.. fluid, like in motion. So pretty, I love it!
