I just need to pay myself back for recent dental
surgery (eeeek) then I'm going to go for it.

But at heart, I keep asking myself why I need one.

I know I want one...just need to overcome that
voice whispering that there is no great need.

I know what you mean. Even if I eventually get a kindle or a nook, I won't stop buying books. And even after they stop printing them (if they ever do), I'll still frequent used book stores. But then again, my mother was a librarian, so I spent a lot of my childhood in libraries. Besides, roses, books are my favorite scent. :)
