It's good to have you all. We'll neglect practise for today and start up tomorrow evening. Bring arm and leg weights if you already have them. We'll be starting with drills for the first two days and go from there.

Sanada, Yukimura wanted to increase my weights. That was a joke right? He didn't say anything about it to you, did he?

Seiichi didn't mention it to me, but it sounds like a good idea. You're at 10 pounds now? Increase them up to 12 for the next two weeks and we'll see from there.

No, i don't have that. 5kg in total. 1.5 each ankle, 1 each wrist. I'm not comfortable with adding another kg to each wrist like Yukimura suggested, and increasing the ankles would be crazy. I'm heavy although not fat i must point out yet again if I trip with more than that I'll injure myself. And 2.5kg on each wrist... where am I gonna get the energy to drag this around?

Increase by 0.5 on both wrists and ankles. That would be better for now and would increase stamina marginally. And as for where you'd get the energy, eat less sugary foods and more carbohydrate foods. Those release slow energy without the crashes that sugar can bring. Also, training on low-oxygen might be useful in more ways than one....this place has mountains...
