Ummm..... water exploded into the shop underneath us again... help... T_T

I'm scared that if stuff keeps going wrong and the landlady has to keep paying big bills, she'll sell the flat and leave us homeless again. She has already threatened to do this... ;_;

I feel so shit upon... what am i being punished for..? >_<;;

Wednesday i was so so sooooo down i don't think i smiled all day. I can't cope... yesterday morning the waste water pipe from our bathroom ruptured and began flooding the beauticians below our flat.
