Last mock today! At 4pm, so I have a little bit of time to faff about :-p Litigation doesn't seem so bad, but we shall see how things go. You know what's annoying? A question coming up in a Business Law & Practice mock exam that we'd worked through in a tutorial (procedure plan for conversion of a shelf company) and been given a model answer for.
