I've hit a point in my life where things are really good. I'm happy with where I've ended up, despite (because of?) my falters. And, though society and politics are EXTRA GARBAGE right now, I've surrounded myself with magnificent people.

The show tonight went really nicely, I think. It was fun to get dressed up, even though my skin is pissed about the makeup now. And seeing everyone else in their various levels of costume was awesome. Got to see Savannah and Diana, both cute as ever, that's always great. Lovely arts! Been going to the dentist a bunch lately, getting a fuckton of tooth work out of the way before my insurance runs out. We're a good two-thirds of the way through it, I'm going in on the 24th to start the last set, and after that is done all that's left is a good cleaning ( Read more... ) -

After a celebratory dim sum brunch (Mom and Dad's 39th wedding anniversary), I went on a trip to Pacific Fabrics with my mom today, and it looks like they are doing a corset-making class in October.
