For those of you who know my job saga, I finally got some good news yesterday. My boss called me into his office, asked me and my co-worker a couple of work related questions, then said "oh, by the way, it's official. You are promoted to track lead. I'm putting in the paperwork to get you your 5% raise." That was it, but that was enough. I
