I'm home from the hospital. They actually managed to get Junior out laparoscopically. Can you believe it? They sent me home last night and I puked all the way home, but am much better today. I walked 16,208 steps today (uhm... Monday, which is really yesterday by now) for a distance of 6.5 miles. What felt really good is that the "cruising" speed I walk on my treadmill is better than it was last week. I usually trudge along at about 2.5-2.7 miles per hour for about 60-90 minutes a day.
