I am trying to eat better and struggling. I have weaned myself off coke every day but coming home, cooking dinner and then fixing a lunch for the next day is kind of draining. Bugger about the license. I don't think you have to do that here. I have been trying to use lots of pulses as low fat protein, Much comedy farting has ensued :)

Strangely, I find it easier to eat well on days when I'm working, but it does make going out more challenging.

I was really surprised to find chick peas are on the list of limited foods.

I may need to get some recipies off you some time. :)

Sometimes I manage to be in the habit of keeping a bag of nuts on me and having around 16 of them as a snack (for almonds that's around 200Cal which seems to be the satisfying amount for a snack for me).
