Here are three more bookmarks I've made, all in size 10 thread (I've got a bunch of smaller thread on order).

I made that clover one for a teacher's bookmark back in May. It was my favorite of the six that I needed to make for the end-of-year gifts (only five of the six are in these pictures, including that one). But I didn't realize it was a two-shuttle pattern - I only did it with one.

Yours are very pretty. I want to remake that one with a nice, solid thread - sometimes that helps to really emphasize the detail in the pattern. :-)

I was misinformed when I wrote this entry - what I meant was that this was my first ring-and-chain pattern, as opposed to the ring-and-float patterns I had be doing before. I did use two shuttles, but one was the working shuttle the whole time so I could have just done with with one shuttle and the ball of thread.
