Well, it finally came. Today. In the mail. My official acceptance letter into the UTA College of Music, AND a scholarship offer of $500 per semester! That brings the total to $750 per semester now... Working on more, but this is QUITE nice. UTA, here I come! W00t ( Read more... )

Let's see... Ac Dec's over. Not too happy about that, but it is. We came in a horrible 8th in the state, but Kelli was the top B, and I was the 6th ranked C out of 120 participants. I leave for Corpus Christi tomorrow for State Ac Dec.

I'm insanely nervous.

I'm insanely stressed.

Yet, I'm insanely anxious and excited.

I'm ready to do my best.

Let's do this! This is what I've looked to my whole high school career.

I got 3rd overall.

The team got FOURTH!

Well, this wraps up day one of the two days of Regionals for Ac Dec.

Speech/Interview/Essay went well for me today, even though it was a bit odd.

Tomorrow is everything else, and awards. Which means no Winter Ball for me. Oh well, at least I'll have prom eventually ;)
