i have not been okay recently. thats the only way i know how to say it. social life has been great. school life has been okay too. but mentally, im feeling off. and i know how to fix it.....

question: if something is inevitable (in a negative way), is it better to ignore the fact that its going to happen, and live life as if its not going to happen?
